These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you" or "your") and VetRxNow ("VetRxNow," "we," "us," or "our"). By using vetrxnow.com or creating a free account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use VetRxNow.
VetRxNow is a free, independent comparison site for dog and cat owners. We:
VetRxNow is free to use. We do not charge members any fees.
Everything on VetRxNow, including drug information, dosing ranges, and articles, is for general information only. It is not a substitute for advice from your veterinarian. Always talk to your vet before starting, stopping, or changing any medication for your pet.
Many pet medications require a valid prescription from a licensed veterinarian. The pharmacy or retailer you buy from is responsible for verifying prescriptions and dispensing medication.
Some links on VetRxNow are affiliate links. When you click one and make a purchase or sign up, the retailer or provider may pay us a commission. This costs you nothing extra.
Commissions do not affect how we rank or sort results. Comparison results are sorted by objective factors, such as price or cost per month, and we show offers whether or not they pay us a commission. Learn more on our How We Rank page.
Prices, availability, shipping costs, and discounts come from retailers and providers, and they change often. We work to keep information current, but we cannot guarantee that any price or detail on VetRxNow is accurate, complete, or available at the time you buy.
The price and terms shown on the retailer's or provider's website at checkout are the ones that apply. Please confirm all details there before you buy.
When you click an offer, you leave VetRxNow and go to a third-party website. Any purchase, appointment, or insurance policy is a transaction between you and that retailer or provider, under their terms and policies.
VetRxNow is not a party to these transactions and is not responsible for the products, services, or conduct of any retailer or provider. Please contact them directly with questions or disputes about your purchase.
You can browse VetRxNow without an account. To create a free account, you must:
We sign you in with secure email links or Google, so keep your email account secure. You are responsible for activity on your VetRxNow account. You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
Price alerts and refill reminders are free conveniences. Emails can be delayed, filtered as spam, or missed, and prices may change after an alert is sent.
VetRxNow shares part of its commissions with participating charitable partners when members join or buy through a partner's page. These payments are made by VetRxNow from its own earnings, at no extra cost to you.
Signs that need immediate care include difficulty breathing, uncontrolled bleeding, suspected poisoning, seizures, collapse, inability to urinate (especially in cats), suspected broken bones, or loss of consciousness.

The VetRxNow name, logo, site design, articles, and other original content belong to VetRxNow and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use the site. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without written permission.
Product names, brand names, and logos of retailers, medications, vet services, and insurers belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify the products and services we compare. Their use does not mean those companies endorse VetRxNow.
VetRxNow is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

Because VetRxNow is free to use, our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VetRxNow and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of VetRxNow, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of anyone else's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules.
If you have a dispute with VetRxNow, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), held in Florida.
You agree to bring claims only on an individual basis, not as part of a class action or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and notify members by email. Continuing to use VetRxNow after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
